Who do you work with?

Founders with a company and a team, businesses that need growth, a website, content or a system fixed, investors and partners who want in, and journalists on a deadline. If the fit is wrong you are told in the first reply rather than after a month of calls.

How long does an engagement run?

A digital audit is fifteen working days from the first call to the last. Advisory runs by the quarter. NS Transform runs twelve months. Everything else is scoped before it starts and the scope is written down, so nobody discovers the length in the invoice.

Do you implement, or only advise?

Both. The strategy is written by the person who will be judged on it, the work is done by the network that does the same work for the house, and every product recommended is one the house uses first.

What results should I expect?

No multiplier is promised here, because none can be promised honestly: results depend on where a business starts. What you get is a dated plan, a named owner for each line and a monthly reading of what moved. The only figures published on this site are the ones with a document behind them.
